Lost 40kg in 8 Months
Before
Unable to exercise for years, let alone go for a decent walk due to a chronic health condition affecting the nerves in my feet (as well as other parts of my body) my weight had ballooned out to 140kgs.
As a result of what was going on in my life including resigning from work my mental health was not in a good state, sometimes in a very “dark” place.
After
Look at me now, after 8 months 98kg
- I am so happy especially within myself,
- I got back my self-esteem,
- My overall health has improved and most of all
- I have a new lease of life.
Vincent is on track to get down to 90kg by 12 months post op.
The decision to go ahead with the bariatric surgery was the best decision I have made in a very long time.
